Sehr leckerer Protein Snack!

Die Edamame machen durch den hohen Proteingehalt sehr schnell den kleinen Hunger am Abend zu nicht, der gerne mal auf der Couch aufkommt. Ideale Alternative zu wenig reichhaltigen Chips oder sonstigem ungesunden Zeug.
